Nagoya Castle is, no doubt, one of the most popular touristic spot in Nagoya.
The castle had been originally built between 1610 and 12 but unfortunatelly destroyed during the last world war.
The main Castle tower was reconstructed in 1959, and the Palace, the very beauty of the castle also lost by the war, was identically restored in 2018 after 10 years-long work.
This palace is a masterpiece of traditinal Japanese construction so called Shoin. Mimics of the authentic paintings and the decorations will breath-takingly attract you.
The castle is surrounded by seasonal flowers such as Sakura that can attract you throughtout a year. We will be at your disposal wherever / whenever needed you taking pictures.
every day, start. 1:00~1:15-3:00 p.m. (No reservations required less than 5 participants)
The tour is available every day, 1:00-3:00 p.m. Unless there is a particular notice (No reservations required).

The castle tower was rebuilt in 1959, but there are still a lot of devices which protect against enemies.
Please find them along with our guides. Fish-shaped gold ornaments are shining on top of the roof.

From season to season, you will also enjoy various flowers and blossoms.
If you are lucky, you can meet The shogun Tokugawa Ieyasu who was the founder of this castle, his Samurai warriors, and even ninja!

This Garden is a Japanese stroll garden. The garden opened in 1991.
The area of the garden is about 3.7hector.
This is one of the largest traditional Japanese gardens in Nagoya.

[C]Atsuta Jingu Shrine, a place with full of mythology
Atsuta Jingu Shrine has been one of the greatest plaes of worship in Japan soince ancient times.
The sacred sword, one of the Three Imperial Treasures, is enshrined here.
Do you believe that the sword came out from a huge snake’s tail?
Please enjoy relaxing and strolling in the approximately 2 million square meters shrine grounds, surrounded with old trees.
